🍏🍎Apple Thief Cider 🍏🍎

Apple Thief Cider is all stocked up. Warm up your winter with a cozy, spiced classic. This recipe is perfectly portioned to turn your 4-pack of The Apple Thief Cider into the ultimate winter warmer.

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 x 4-Pack of The Apple Thief Cider (1.32L)
  • 2 slices of Orange & 2 slices of Apple
  • 1–2 slices of Lemon
  • 5 slices of Fresh Ginger
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 Star Anise & 2–3 Whole Cloves
  • Brown sugar or honey (to taste)

Simple 3-Step Method:

  1. Combine: Pour the 4 ciders into a medium saucepan over low heat. Toss in your fruit slices, ginger, and spices.
  2. Simmer: Bring the mixture to a very gentle simmer. Do not boil (we want to keep the alcohol inside!). Let it infuse for 15–20 minutes until your kitchen smells amazing.
  3. Sweeten & Serve: Stir in a spoonful of brown sugar or honey to your liking. Strain into your favourite mugs, garnish with a fresh orange slice or cinnamon stick, and enjoy warm!
Chef’s Tip: For an extra kick on those extra chilly nights, add a cheeky splash of dark rum or brandy right before serving!
