We set up our Thyme to Taste Cafe in 2012, this had a small retail section, but when the opportunity came to expand Thyme to Taste, we jumped in and COVID was not going to stop us.
We opened the Thyme to Taste Emporium in the middle of 2020, to bring the best of the local wines, independent beers, craft cider and spirits plus cheese to you. We taste everything here, as someone has to do it.
