Returns & Damages Policy
Our business is built on the quality of the products we source and the reputation we have established. We fully honour your rights under Australian Consumer Law and will quickly rectify any errors on our part.
Damaged Items or Packing Errors In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, or we have made an error with your delivery, please let us know within 72 hours of receiving your item.
To help us resolve this quickly for you, please email info@thymetotaste.com.au within this 72-hour window with:
- Your order number
- Details of the missing or damaged item
- A digital photograph of the damaged goods (under 2MB)
Once received, we will contact you, to arrange a replacement, refund, or appropriate solution.
Return Shipping Costs Thyme to Taste will cover or reimburse return postage costs if we are at fault—specifically if we have sent an incorrect item, if there is a manufacturer’s fault, or if the product was damaged in transit.
Change of Mind Please choose carefully, as Thyme to Taste does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
