Flat Rate Shipping We charge a flat rate of $15 for all orders, Australia-wide.

Dispatch & Stock Availability We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange a product substitution or a full refund.

Delivery Timelines Why do we ask you to allow up to 10 working days for delivery? To allow our courier network to reach the most far-flung, remote parts of Australia from our Yass base!

While most regional and metro deliveries arrive much faster, delivery can take up to 10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). We do not guarantee delivery within this exact timeframe but make every effort to get it to you quickly. You can track your order status anytime by logging into the “My Account” section of our website.

Important Delivery & Alcohol Rules

Ownership: Title and risk of loss pass to you once the package has been successfully delivered or collected from the post office.

Age Verification Required: In accordance with Australian liquor laws, any package containing alcohol must be signed for by an adult (18+). Our carrier will request valid photo ID upon delivery.

Missed Deliveries: We will deliver to the address specified on your order confirmation. If no one is available to sign for the package, or if valid ID cannot be produced, Australia Post will leave a card and redirect your order to your nearest post office for secure collection.

Fresh & Perishable Goods: Please note that fresh deli items, cheeses, and perishable goods are strictly available for local Click & Collect only and cannot be shipped via standard transit.
