<p class="&#x1f4da;14-12-1uGevg &#x1f4da;14-12-1EEwzY">Coppabella Vineyard, Tumbarumba NSW. The Coppabella site is in the ultra cool climate region of Tumbarumba, the site ranges in altitude throughout the vineyard from 550m to 640m. Think crisp clean air and running green hills with lush growing conditions.</p>

<p class="&#x1f4da;14-12-1uGevg &#x1f4da;14-12-1EEwzY" data-v-f1e6763a="">Picked in the evening to keep the fruit cool, pressed into stainless steel cooled to 4 degrees and racked from heavy lees, natural yeast, fermented at 17c, minimal sulphur added.</p>
